This little charmer is a pool-side guest house, fully equipped and with its own private entrance, on a lovely Sag Harbor property shared with a main house and 2-bedroom guest cottage. Main Street, Sag Harbor is a short five-minute walk along the marinas and waterfront. Full disclosure: it is fairly close to our house, and we do have two kids and a dog - so if you are looking for total privacy, it may not be the ideal scenario. But if what you need is a place to hang your hat while you spend days out and about or at the beach, this is perfect.

RESTRICTIONS & SPECIAL NOTES:
- 50% deposit required; 30 days notice cancellation policy (less $100 administration fee).
- Maximum 2 people.
- We regret we do not offer month-long, full season or year-round rentals for this studio. Weekends and week-long rentals only.
- Stays that encompass weekends must extend through Saturday night - no Saturday check-outs.
- Sorry, no pets - no matter how well behaved or non-shedding. Thanks for your understanding.
- No smoking inside the cottage.
- We
regret we are unable to provide beach passes, although we can direct
you to one or two non-lifeguard local beaches which do not require
parking permits.
- Check in is any time after 3 PM; Check-out is by 11 am.
